The Lady Anne is a aromatic lemon cake, that has whole raspberries folded through. We use the zest of the lemon to access the aromatic flavours and not the tartness. It is covered in a soft delicate italian meringue.                                                                            It is light, yet full flavoured and  stunning cake for anyone that enjoys a lighter option.
