Inside the kitchen Pastry Chef's Evan and Olivia, create your amazing cakes. It all Started in 2003 when the Sugar princess was brought to life, setting up their first shop together on May road Dee why Northern Beaches, Sydney in 2006. And after 16 years in this location the pull to grow brought them to Manly Vale. With over 24 years experience as pastry chefs and almost 20 years in business, Evan and Olivia can create anything you can dream up. They are as passionate as their first day in store, yet with experience of all the different styles and trends that cakes have come through.
