It is an almond based chocolate cake covered in a chocolate gnache, dusted in a delicate cocoa and decorated with chocolate shards. This cake may look as rich as a mud cake, but it is lighter and more flavoursome.  This cake is GLUTEN FREE*, but it is so delicious no one would know.
